Si bien hay quienes sostienen que la característica definitoria de Nietzsche no es tanto la temática que trataba sino el estilo y la sutileza con que lo hacía, fue un autor que introdujo, como ningún otro, una cosmovisión que ha reorganizado el pensamiento del siglo XX, en autores tales como Martin Heidegger, Michel Foucault, Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, Gianni Vattimo o Michel Onfray, entre otros.
