In 2010, she obtained a Masters degree in Architecture from Morgan State University and a Bachelors of Art degree from The Pennsylvania State University, 2005. Kalilah has always had a love and a passion for writing. In 2013, her precious son was born, Kaiden Daniel Wright, inspiring her to venture into children's books. Kalilah is an entrepreneur exploring literature, furniture design, and children's apparel. She is currently a design architect and hoping she can use her literary and design works to influence other children to dream and to be.

I really enjoyed the book

I really enjoyed the book. I am a first-time mom to a baby boy and I remember having all of those thoughts cross my mind. The book is beautifully written and the illustrations are timeless. I recommend this book to expectant mothers and the veterans. I purchased the electronic copy but this one to have on your bookshelf too.

Perfect Keepsake!

I really enjoyed this book! It is the perfect length for a young child who is just starting to actively listen to stories being read to him/her. The contrasting colors (black/white/chartreuse) are also great for little and developing eyes. Later on, when the child is older, s/he will likely appreciate knowing that mommy was dreaming of their future before they were even born. I suggest writing loving, detailed notes to the child on the pages that resonate with mommy the most. Thereby encouraging the child to value the book as a keepsake...

A beautiful love story from mother to child

This is by far the sweetest book from mother to
Child. At the age of 38, with no children & possibly never being able to know the blessing of being a mother I thought reading this book would make me sad; In fact, it did the opposite, if only for those few pages... I felt the joys of being a mom. I smiled & cried knowing that if only I got the chance, I would be that mother. Every Mom should read this book to their child!
