Highly recommend this book. Very interesting approach to the topic about non violence it is so hot topic now, so many wars and violence in the society and among people. We think that we do not have any relation to it. But we do have, This book is very philosophical it tells about how everything is connected in our world and even our angry though or rough word impact the situation and can be the reason for the beginning of the new war, After reading this book i reconsidered my approach to others and myself.

And where one person gives way to anger and aggression, a focal point of negative energy is created. This negative energy is looking for a place on the globe where it can manifest itself. You cannot say that only those who take part in the war are guilty of the wars and violence. No, it is only the manifestation of general imperfection in the consciousness of people. That is why I am calling you to manifest peace in your hearts."
Очень рекомендую . Особенно актуальная книга именно сейчас когда постоянно мы видим в сводках новостей агрессию, насилие, войны. И это видно не только в новостях, а так же из рекламы, на телевидении из фильмов, которые буквально пропагандируют насилие. Нам кажется что терроризм и войны- это происходит где-то там и мы не имеем к этому никакого отношения. Но мы глубоко ошибаемся Именно эта книга позволила понять, как мы связаны все друг с другом и одна наша негативная мысль или резкое слово может служить началом новой войны в мире. Мы должны быть очень внимательны к себе и другим!
