This book draws country case studies from BRICS countries around the world, namely, Brazil (chapter 2), Russia (chapter 3), India (chapter 4), China (chapter 5), and South Africa (chapter 6). Chapterization on the basis of a country's perspectives helps the reader to assess the present status of national systems of innovation in the respective country.
