About the Author
Hoda Kotb was named co-anchor of the fourth hour of Today in 2007. She has also been a Dateline NBC correspondent since 1998 and is a New York Times bestselling author for her book, Hoda. A wonderfully inspiring book from a young woman born into poor circumstances who manages to graduate fromHarvard medical school.To Laila Ali ,Ali's daughter who despite being discouraged becomes a star boxer.Each persons story is an inspiring gem.Another lovely book from Hoda Kotb .Great for book clubs or as a gift.

Inspirational read.....

I love motivational books. I heard about this on morning tv and it sounded right up my alley. Hoda tells personal stories of people's triumphs and revelations. I am only about half way through the book and am truly enjoying every minute of it. It is refreshing to read, and inspirational. I will pass this on to one of my daughters to enjoy when I am done.

It was just OK for me

I thought it would be different. It really didn't inspire me. The stories were good and interesting but, I didn't feel like I learned anything. Wish it was more everyday people not people with lots of money.
